Function and Features
It is suitable for various types of scissors, table knives, relatively simple or straight knives, and all kinds of hardware workpieces.
1. For the hardware knife and scissors industry, we have successfully developed a simple and easy-to-understand operating system. Without the need for professional technicians, ordinary workers can master it proficiently within a short period of time and be able to grind products independently.
2. The spindle is equipped with high-precision Japanese bearings, which do not require lubrication with machine oil. It has stable performance and high grinding accuracy.
3. It adopts precision optical axis guides and the lead screw transmission of a Taiwanese brand, making the transmission of the machine tool more accurate and stable.
4. The machine body is cast from gray cast iron, which has high stability. The protective cover and the electrical box are made of 304 stainless steel plates, offering good anti-corrosion performance.
