Function and Features
1. The main function of this machine is to demagnetize first and then clean. It is widely used for items such as spray-coated knives, titanium-plated knives, and scissors.
2. In the cleaning part, wear-resistant rubber rollers are used to press and drive, and high-temperature resistant brushes are used for high-speed cleaning, which can thoroughly remove stubborn stains.
3. In the drying part, high-strength specially-made water-washed cotton is used to absorb water, and high-pressure hot air is used for drying, achieving the cleaning and drying of products in one step.
4. The material feeding speed is adjustable by frequency conversion, and it can automatically adjust to clean workpieces with a thickness of less than 6mm, which has strong applicability.
5. It adopts a three-section stainless steel water tank for cyclic cleaning, and the water temperature can reach up to 100℃, enabling the best cleaning effect for products.
6. This machine is equipped with movable casters, making it convenient to use.
